Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often processing time required before a refund is posted.

Note: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box packaging.
